Complaints

If you are unhappy about any aspect of our work, please get in touch with us to discuss your concerns informally first. We take all feedback seriously.

If you are not happy with the response made at this informal stage, you can follow our more formal complaint procedure.  Contact the academy in writing, outlining your complaint and what you would like as an outcome.  You can expect us to acknowledge receiving your complaint the first working day after we receive it.  Normally the headteacher or a senior member of staff will handle this stage.  We will give you a reasonable timescale for us to respond following any relevant investigation.

If you are not happy with the school’s response, you can contact the Chief Operating Officer of the Trust via the academy who will follow the River Tees Multi-Academy Trust complaints procedure.
